How is the payment actually held?

Platform-held. We collect from your card or bank into a platform account, and only release to the agency when you approve a milestone. Funds sit on the platform until you approve — no agency-side wallet, no surprise releases.

What if the work isn't good enough?

Open a dispute on the milestone. Admin investigates within 48h. Refunds adjust agency settlement automatically.

Who vets the agencies?

Our ops team. Every agency submits a profile, case studies, and capabilities. We verify before they appear in matchmaking.

Can I post a brief privately?

Yes — invite-only or fully private briefs. Private briefs never appear in the agency directory.

Do you do non-engineering work?

Today: software only. Custom web apps, mobile, APIs, data work, AI features. Design is in scope when it's part of building software.

What does it cost?

Clients pay the agency's quoted price. We take a service fee from the agency settlement — never an upcharge to you.
