About this project

HelpDesk is a self-hosted customer support platform designed for software teams that support many client organizations across different products or implementations. Customers can log into a standalone portal or open support directly inside an existing app, submit project-scoped tickets, attach files and screenshots, and follow replies without leaving the workflow.

Internally, your team gets a centralized admin queue with ticket lifecycle control, assignment, public replies, internal notes, activity history, customer and project management, and basic reporting. The platform is especially well suited to teams that need embedded support, strong tenant and project separation, and a simple operational workflow rather than a heavyweight enterprise help desk.
