Terms of Service
Last updated: March 23, 2026. These terms apply to clients, agencies, and visitors using MVP·factory.
1. Marketplace scope
MVP·factory provides a curated marketplace for software capabilities and related services. MVP·factory is not the developer of every listed product. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of capability details, support commitments, and delivery scope.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. MVP·factory may suspend or remove access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal compliance needs.
3. Purchases, licenses, and use rights
Purchases grant the license scope shown on each capability. Clients must review license terms before purchase. Unless explicitly stated, purchases do not transfer agency IP or unrestricted redistribution rights.
4. Support and delivery expectations
Sellers are expected to follow the support window and response SLA shown on their capabilities. For custom work, milestones and acceptance criteria are defined in the platform workflow. MVP·factory may intervene when obligations are materially unmet.
5. Buyer protection and refunds
Buyer protection is criteria-based. Refunds are considered for material misrepresentation, demo mismatch, broken core functionality, or support failure against listed commitments. MVP·factory does not offer blanket no-questions-asked refunds for all digital purchases.
6. Payments and payouts
MVP·factory uses Stripe for checkout. Agency payout automation and connected-account flows may be staged over time. Until payout automation is fully enabled, payout timing and operational handling follow current platform operations and compliance controls.
7. Prohibited behavior
You may not upload malicious code, infringing content, fake reviews, fraudulent payment activity, or misleading claims. MVP·factory may remove content, cancel access, or report violations where required.
8. Liability and service changes
MVP·factory is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP·factory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update platform features, policies, and moderation standards as needed.
